ABOUT SWEAT VIDEO
The Sweat Video program was designed to meet the needs of users that wish to either lose weight, tone, gain strength, maintain or enhance their fitness capabilities. The ideal user should have some experience in exercise or with resistance equipment. If it’s your first time working with weights or first time with structured exercising, then we highly suggest that you try a one on one personal training program for a few months before participating in the Sweat Video Program.

Everyone that participates in the Sweat Video program will have no physical limitations on performing general exercise such as heart, respiratory, joint problems or any other medical problems that may prevent the participant on performing exercises properly. We highly recommend that you consult a physician before beginning any exercises in this program. The Sweat Video program and all of it’s content and videos are considered information only, and proper discretion is advised at all times.
The ideal user for Sweat Video should have access to some resistance training equipment or a membership at a local gym, however it’s not absolutely necessary because the program contains many exercises that can be performed by just using your body weight in the convenience of your own home.
If you are located near our facility in the Bay Area, California, we strongly suggest that you participate in our ONE on ONE personal training service at our facility in conjunction with the Sweat Video program. You will only need to meet with your trainer twice a month to evaluate your needs and concerns regarding the Sweat Video program.
This program’s intent was to provide more insight to those who are looking for an alternative method of getting into shape without the additional costs of personal training however the SweatVideo program was not intended to replace the value of ONE on ONE personal training.
